In addition, Rich is the spokesperson for the Chester County SPCA, located in West Chester PA.
As President of Britton Insight Group (BIG), he, along with his wife Kathie create innovative PR/marketing initiatives for his clients, as well as adding insight to help animal rescue groups. Currently, Rich has two pugs, Bailey and Alfie.
