The Senior Housing Options show will be based on Greg McDermott's seminar series and impending book which will be released later this spring (2013) which helps seniors and their families follow a roadmap which can help them evaluate the various options and help them determine which option is best for their unique situation. 

Most programs will feature a guest expert who is from one of the many options/choices discussed in the book and the seminars series (Held in Chester County at various locations). 

Experts will include:  Home Equity Loan Officers, Elder Attorneys, In-Home Care; home modifications experts, representatives from the Department of Aging & other Government Services for seniors; Senior Real Estate Specialists; Move Specialist; Renovation FHA Loan Specialist along with many others.

About Gregory McDermott:

For many years Greg has been working with seniors in the Delaware Valley who want to use the equity they have built up in their home in order to have a more comfortable retirement. During that time, Greg found most seniors were very confused about the options available to them.  Greg’s process of reviewing all of the options with his clients helps them determine which option(s) are best for their unique situation.  He also helps families review the process and options when families are at odds (usually when the children say it’s time to go… and the aging parents say NO!)
